    With a Double Bachelor of Business in Accounting, and Banking & Finance, plus an RG 146 financial advisor qualification, Bec has spent years deep in the world of corporate finance. From M&A, valuations, and financial due diligence to recovery and reorganisation, she’s seen it all. But where she really thrives? Helping real businesses with real problems and real passion. As a former CFO for Melbourne startups, she’s tackled capital raising and high-growth strategies head-on, always with a creative, practical, and solutions-focused mindset.

    Bec isn’t just about spreadsheets and forecasts—she’s about turning big ideas into reality. A master problem-solver who thinks outside the box, she loves seeing clients reach their potential and smash their goals. Her approach? Down-to-earth, no fluff, and making finance simple, effective, and (dare we say it) enjoyable.

    When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find her fighting fires (literally), painting, traveling, or enjoying a glass of wine. Because life’s all about balance, right?

    Josh has the kind of knowledge you can’t buy. From working as a qualified butcher to thriving in hospitality and making waves in public safety, he’s worn many hats (and knows what it takes to get things done). He successfully built and sold his own business, so he understands firsthand what it takes to keep things running smoothly—and how crucial good financial support is.

    With a natural knack for working with trades, stakeholders, and driving real culture change, Josh isn’t just about crunching numbers—he’s about making things better. When businesses hit a roadblock, he’s the guy they call. Finding solutions where others haven’t is his specialty.

    His approach? Firm but fair, honest, and always thinking ahead. He doesn’t just keep businesses on track; he helps them thrive by spotting problems, analysing them, and executing solutions that actually work.

    Outside of work, Josh is the captain of his local fire brigade, a devoted mate, and the proud creator of a seriously good spaghetti Bolognese.
